Some of the kindy mum's got together yesterday for Melbourne Cup Lunch and we all brought a plate of something. I thought it would be nice to try out a new chocolate mousse recipe which was a chocoholic's dream. The beautiful presentation was inspired by the lovely Tracey Lau's dessert table that she did to celebrate her 40th birthday.
