51/52 - The 52 Project

Here's a look at Week 51 of The 52 Project which is hosted by the lovely Jodi at Practising Simplicity.

"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2015."

James  :   Last day of attending primary school for James. 

Sienna :   Last day of school on crutches as she went over on her ankle in the backyard the night before but it was still hurting in the morning so it ended up a 3 hr trip to Doctors and x-ray and back to the Doctors then dropped her off at school at 11 am. as she wanted to go to school to see her friends.

50/52 - The 52 Project

Here's a look at Week 50 of The 52 Project which is hosted by the lovely Jodi at Practising Simplicity.  Jodi has done this project and posted it on her blog for the past 4 years and this will be her last year of this project.  I have done this project for 2 years and whilst I take photos most days capturing these portraits of each of my kids weekly and a family picture for the past 2 years has been a joy.

James  :   Not that keen to see Santa in public being a recently turned 12 year old.

Sienna :   Happy to see Santa anytime.

Family :   Family portrait in the back yard complete with 1 of our 2 chickens.

49/52 - The 52 Project

Here's a look at Week 49 of The 52 Project which is hosted by the lovely Jodi at Practising Simplicity with a music theme this week.  Jodi has done this project and posted it on her blog for the past 4 years and this will be her last year of this project.  I have done this project for 2 years and whilst I take photos most days capturing these portraits of each of my kids weekly for the past 2 years has been a joy.

James  :   Back in the swing of things playing his guitar which is lovely to hear in our house.

Sienna :   Oh she has loved learning the flute this year and plays it all the time.

48/52 - The 52 Project

James  :   On your birthday you get waffles, ice cream and maple syrup for breakfast.

Sienna :   Playing Mary in a little play at our friends house.

James  :   Celebration of Learning at School showing off his "diorama" about the book "The Hardy Boys".

Sienna :   Riding her power wing in her pj's up the top of the hill from our house.

46/52 - The 52 Project

James  :   Riding home from school coming up the street "hands free" which is what nearly teenagers are into these days.

Sienna :   Collecting some snow peas for our stir fry for dinner from the veggie garden.

45/52 - The 52 Project

Here's a look at Week 45 of The 52 Project which is hosted by the lovely Jodi at Practising Simplicity.  Not many weeks to go and I can't wait to put these in a photo book.

Sienna :   This made me laugh when I turned around and saw her up there..showing off her climbing skills.
