Two Brisbane Lions Players came to our club this week which was exciting for the kids.

Matthew Leuenberger had a leg injury so he sat on the grass to sign autographs....I had Sienna get behind him for the photo. This man is 203 cm tall.
Check out how tall this boy (man) is..OMG I'm 1.65 cm so not exactly short but I'm just under his shoulders. His profile says he is 195 cm so a whole ruler length on me.
My friend Jo's fabulous Rubik Cube cake she made for her 10 year old's birthday which is awesome.
Sienna giggling wondering why I'm taking photos of her getting grapes out of the bag. Huh....silly question as my camera is out all the time in this house. I was however very close to her because I had my 50mm f1.8 on and not my 24-70 mm zoom lens on which means I would normally be further away from her taking the picture. She thought it was all very funny and I love her cheeky little smile and how giggly she was.

James : Playing AFL and he' the one in the middle with the ball.
Sienna : She hurt herself while scootering so promptly attended to her first aid herself. She put some ice on a zip lock bag and used masking tape to tape it to her leg which you can see by that brown mark above the bag. This made me laugh because this is just so her, she just works out the problem and solves it herself so she could get back to scootering.
Family : This is us in the backyard with Sienna having set up some chairs for a show on the trampoline. She was just about to go on and even Suzanne her big pink bunny was ready.

STILLS: A WEEKLY COLLECTION (WEEK 17)
Linking up with Emma at The Beetle Shack for a round up our life this week with our Weekly Stills.
Cross Country this week with all the teams.
James was born in November 2003 so he has to run with all the 2003 people rather than his grade. Because he was born in November, 2003 and not anytime in 2004 he had to run 2.4 kms rather than the 1.6 km. He came 13th which was great given we had done no training.

And off they went, Sienna is in the green and yellow with pig tales at the first yellow marker on the left. Poor little thing her skirt is a little big and she had to hang on to it as she ran. I should have put a safety pin in it as with all that running she could have ended up at the finish line in her undies.
And coming towards the finish line only a few metres to go.
Some Easter pics which didn't get posted as I had lots of camping photos last week to show.
The Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard.

And James is already into eating his.
And a cuddly one of James and Sienna together, something which 10 year old brothers aren't fond of.
A bit of backyard ping pong on Anzac Day. Our backyard is perfect as it gets the morning sun and by 2 pm or so half of it is in mostly filtered shade and makes playing in the yard perfect.
Family dinner by candle light and I was taking the photo but my dinner was ready and waiting.
We didn't do any early morning Anzac Service and instead opted to go down to the local memorial in the afternoon to pay our respects.
And a closer look at all the flowers.

STILLS: A WEEKLY COLLECTION - CAMPING EDITION (WEEK 16)
Linking up with Em at The Beetle Shack for this weeks stills. We went camping to Neurum Creek Bush Retreat which was fantastic. NCBR is very family friendly and great for kids and we had a wonderful time even though it rained the first day and night and then it fined up after that. I took along our camp oven and did some camp oven cooking and made scones and roast chicken and veggies which were very tasty.
