Colourful Pasta

We have a favourite Deli that we go to and for months now we have seen this beautiful colourful pasta on the shelves.  It's not cheap but it is colourful and last Saturday I splashed out and bought a packet to try.  The kids were pretty excited and it was lovely and bright eating our dinner last night. Take a look at this creation.....who said eating healthy had to be boring.
